The Center of Albania is the most developed part of this country in aspect of economy and infrastructure. Some of the cities in this area are Tirana, Berati, Elbasan. There are beautiful hotels and modern restaurants with all European qualities. The city of Tirana which is the capital of Albania is characterized by coffee shops with traditional styles or modern styles. Also Tirana has night clubs which are very frequented from young Albanian people and tourists. Night Clubs offer live music where the most know Albania singers perform until the morning. The center of this city is the most favorite part of visitors because during the summer there are big concerts where some of the world-famous singers perform. Also, in this city you can find a beautiful and state of the art stadium where soccer tournaments of Albania are organized .

Berati city is a very attractive destination for tourists because of its traditional structure and location. For this reason it has known as “Museum of Albania”. The houses are built next to each other in a hilly area. In Albania Tourists you can find that “Particular things of interest in Berat are the visible trades of stone-working, wood-carving, leather-workers, and especially the landmarks. The landmarks are of historic nature: Byzantine churches, Berati Castle which was toppled and burned many times and re-fortified by each conqueror, and the “City of Thousand Windows” which are neighborhoods Mangalemi and Gorica located on either side of Osume River.” This amazing city should be visited once in a lifetime.

The North Of Albania

The North of Albania is one of the most fascinating beauties of mountains and long rivers. There are Albania Alpes with a lengths around 2000-2600 m. Between these mountains is a village Thethi, which is very frequented from tourists in every season of the year. Theth is isolated from the peak of the mountains and offers a different experience for tourists. Fields of tall green grass filled with stone houses, people farming by hand, fresh water in any direction. Visitors who arrive for two nights or more leave with a feeling that the world did not exist beyond these mountains. There are no hotels. Tourists have to stay at residents’ houses and this makes their experience more real. They eat traditional food and experience the lifestyle as members of the houses where they stay.

City of Shkodra is located in north of this country which is one of the oldest cities in Albania founded on 4th century B.C. Shkodra is rich with cultural heritage where is Rozafa Castle. This city is surrounded by the rivers: Drini, Buna , Kiri. Also, people of this city are people with traditions which sing old songs that had been passed around generation to generation since 600 years. They also have passed the family tradition of cooking special things and the traditional clothing. In Shkodra, there are some beautiful and ancient churches which bring a great interest to visitors.
