My topic of WordPress Site is Explore Albania. I selected this topic because I want my classmates to know more about my origin country. Every time when I have to meet new people, I have to explain where Albania is because they do not know anything about it. I thought this was a good opportunity for me to share more information about my country and my culture to my friends.

As theme, I selected Lovecraft. I chose this theme because my blog is about traveling, and I believe the structure of this theme gives me the opportunity to show better pictures of places in Albania.

I picked the color F2faea which is a light green color and it matches very well with the cover picture and with the nature of Albania. The fonts that I used is Libre Baskerville. I like the style of this font because letters look fuller and bigger.

I really enjoy working in WordPress and now that I tried, I want to have my blog and to post when I have time. WordPress is a great opportunity to learn how the marketing functions and it shows some tools how to be successful in your blog. Nowadays sites are very important in every aspect, and everyone must know how to use it. To have a personal blog is very fun specially when you love travelling.

The company that is related to Qlik Sense is the School District of Philadelphia. The industry of this company is education. The audience of Qlik Sense application is district leaders, parents, students and other members of this community. I like this application because it shows every necessary information for people who want to be part of this school. All the data is easy to understand for parents and there are numbers and graphics that explain the success of the students. This helps teachers and parents to understand where they can increase their support for their students to do better in their achievements.

The other thing that I like from this application is that data of the performance of students in 9^th grades is very detailed and organized. For each indicator in students’ performance there is a graphic that shows all the necessary information. Everything is defined and categorized in the appropriate graph and the colors that are used make it easy to understand. I believe that Qlik Sense is a very helpful program for this school and and for its future success. Qlik Sense should be used for every structure that has important data.

The first site that I chose is Lollapalooza. I really like the appearance of this site. I like the colors that are used. Strong colors give you the feeling of the future adventures because in this site Lollapalooza people can find offers of sweet photogenic spots and a lot of interactive areas. In the moment I open this website the first thing that got my attention was the header image of this website. The image of a CD player and the world with different colors shows the purpose of this site. I believe that this is very important thing for this site.  Also, the images posted to show what they want to share with people are perfect and very useful.  

One thing that I would recommend to the site owner is using more details about experiences that they offer to people. I like the images which show what people are going to experience but some people want to read about this. Anyway, I would really recommend this site to my friends. They are going to be oriented very fast with everything that this site offers.  This was the first time I visited this site and I am impressed from the energy that this site gives.

The second site that I like is Vogue. I think everything is perfect with this site. The menu bar has many links which provide the information that people what to find in this site. I think this is very important part of a site because it shows the organization of this site and how fast and easy people can be oriented for finding what they want from this site. Also, the colors and images used are in a classy form which is a characteristic that represent VOGUE.

For this site I do not have any recommendation because everything looks perfect to me. The only thing that I have to point out is that Contact Us link is placed in a space that does not seem very clear. This is very necessary tool for costumers, and it should have more attention on the menu bar. I really will recommend this site to my friends even now I know that VOGUE is well known by everyone especially for people in my age. I believe Vogue is a good fashion site for people that want to keep up with latest fashion.

Simon Snakes is talking about five important situations or points that people found themselves more than once. As all people also I found myself at least one of these situations. I feel the most important points for me are telling the truth, ask for and accept help and remember who you are. These three points shows the values of the person which are necessary not only in the workplace but in everyday life. I believe telling the truth is the best thing that people can make. When you say the truth your have a clear conscience and people around you will give you a second chance and appreciate what you did. Every person makes mistakes but not everyone takes responsibilities for them. I want to be a person with value and strong to take responsibilities for my actions by telling the truth.

Ask and accept help is one characteristic of people that always want to learn. In every job, recruiters are looking for people who have this value. I believe this is very important for a person who wants to be a leader and make a good carrier. None of the people are born knowing staff they learn as grow up. We must ask people that have more experience from us and by asking them we can get the help we need. It is not embarrassing to do that because the person that has experience has done the same thing that you are doing. If we do not ask for help, we will never learn. Also, remember who you are is e very important point for me especially in the times that we live. The reason is that people with authority and power forget where they came from and how they used to be, and they treat people with less power and authority than them with no respect and appreciation. They forget that before they were in the same positions.  Nowadays most of the people respect you because of your authority and not because of your values.
